Keeping an eye on the kids...
Turn on any TV in the home, switch to channel 14 and there's the camera view covering the backyard, switch over to channel 15 and there are the kids in the pool

forget to arm your Security...
It was a mad rush to get your gear together and get out the door, you're running late. Halfway to work you remeber you didn't arm your security system, never mind, a quick phone call and it's now armed.

Arriving home...
Hands full of shopping you wave your keyfob in front of the reader at the front door, the security is now disarmed and the door lock is released, gently leaning on the door, it opens.
